Garden bugs at 20x slow motion

The flow of life among bugs in our backyard appears to be more interesting if seen at a slower pace, say at 5% of normal motion speed.

Little Heron in flight

This is a common water bird, though it's not often that I see it flying in the open. It normally takes to the air in a low trajectory, making it a tough target to catch given the short flight and the featured background.

With the plain sky behind this BIF, it was fairly easy for the 7D MII to capture the subject in the air.
